For all continental U.S. orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $5 or free shipping over $25. Free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and after all discounts have been taken. 

• All shipments to Hawaii & Alaska will be charged a flat rate of $25. We are not able to offer free shipping.

• We are not able to ship to PO boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

• Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. We have limited ability to change an address after an order is placed.

• Only 1 coupon code may be used per customer / mailing address. Duplicate orders will be cancelled and refunded.

 

Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing Proven Insect Repellent! We hope Proven does the trick to fend off biting bugs!

Changed your mind? Good news! Your provenrepellent.com purchase is eligible for a return as long as it is unused and in the original packaging. We accept eligible returns up to 30 days from the delivery date. 

To initiate a return, please utilize the Contact Us form. Please include your order number in your message to us and specify what item(s) you are returning. Once we receive your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 – 15 days for any credit card adjustments to appear in your account.

Please note that you are responsible for your own shipping costs. We recommend that returned items are shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

If your purchase was made from one of our retail partners, we ask that you return your Proven item directly to the retailer.
